Stan joined the Refreshing 90.9 fm team as host of “Midday with Stan” on September 20, 2011. He had 66 years in radio and television. His career began in radio at the age of 18, where his voice introduced him to a career spanning six decades, interviewing famous individuals, including: Ronald Reagan, Phyllis Diller and Neil Armstrong.

Stan worked ten years was a weatherman for WLW-C (now WCMH NBC4) television news team in Columbus, alongside sportscaster, Jimmy Crum, and news anchor, Hugh DeMoss. Following a stint in radio in Lancaster, OH, Stan worked for 12 years as host of “Town & Country with Stan Robinson” through Innerphase Video Productions.

Among his many contributions to the field of broadcasting, Robinson was inducted into the Ohio Associated Press Broadcasters Hall of Fame in 2011. In April 2012, his career was highlighted in Reminisce Magazine.
